YTB was founded by the current Chairman of the Board, J. Lloyd “Coach” Tomer.
As a former pastor, “Coach” is
personally familiar with the constant struggle of fundraising for non-profit organizations.
When “Coach” founded YTB, he envisioned a company that would empower others to do what they love. It has been a publicly traded
company since 2005 and is traded on the Stock Exchange as YTBLA.OB. With a commitment to service, YTB’s growth in its
infrastructure has been phenomenal.
2003 YTB had a staff of 18 employees
2007 YTB staff had grown to 325 employees
YTB maintains a 122,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art home office and has purchased over 13 acres for future expansion.
The Passport to Giving program was created in 2004 with the purpose of bringing a cutting edge, online funding program
to the non-profit community.
